The Sidmouth Literary Festival is back from June 15th to 17th at Kennaway House.

A great line-up includes the legendary Nicholas Parsons of ‘Just A Minute’ fame, foreign correspondent Kate Adie with amazing tales from the battlefield, and Diana Moran, the Green Goddess.

Other highlights include Lord Tebbit and his views on cookery and politics – both hot subjects! TP Fielden (former William Hickey columnist for the Daily Express) and
his detective series set in the South West. Anne de Courcy on husband-hunting in bygone days! Mary Hollingsworth on the Medici family – a poisonous lot. Romance and Erotica with Liz Fenwick and Kay Jaybee. Meditation and ‘how to write a prayer’ workshop with Rev Angela Briscoe. Andrew Wilson – author of riveting fiction, partly based on Agatha Christie’s extraordinary life.

There will also be a poetry open mic session plus a how-to-get-published day (last year, five participants got into print as a result of networking).
