Join acclaimed writer and founder of Dialect JLM Morton on this fun and interactive six-part course exploring the basics of beginning to write.

We’ll begin by kickstarting your writing habit and go on to explore some of the key features of creative writing, from observation and point of view to characterisation and form.

We will convene at the Sub Rooms in the centre of Stroud – a hub for creativity and joy conveniently located a stone’s throw from the train station and with parking close by. We’re thrilled to be part of the Subs’ innovative programme of music, dance, theatre, visual arts, spoken word, exhibitions and workshops. It is a vibrant public space that enables everyone to come together to form a community.

The course will take place on Monday evenings 7-9pm throughout the autumn term:

September 13th
September 27th
October 11th
