If you’re looking for support, direction and accountability in your writing work, then small group mentoring could be what you’re looking for. Commit to three monthly online sessions with a small group of writers for prompts and peer-to-peer support and receive written feedback on your work via email.

The small mentoring groups are led by JLM Morton, founder of Dialect and educator with more than twenty-five years’ experience working with grown-ups all over the world in literature, education and professional development.

You will also get access to our private Slack group where you can chat with other writers, share info, articles and work in progress through our password protected online sharing space. Participants in this group will also be invited to submit a piece of work for consideration in the new annual Dialect anthology of prose, poetry and ephemera.

The group will run with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 writers. To get the most out of this way of working, you are requested to commit to three sessions (dates below).

It is possible to pay the course fee in three instalments before the September start date, on request. Email dialectwriters@gmail.com to request.

These sessions are scheduled to take place on Tuesday mornings. If you can only attend in the evening, get in touch and we will schedule an evening group on these dates. To book, email dialectwriters@gmail.com.
