Feedback from the last ‘Life Writing’ day:

‘I like the mix of fast paced writing and more in-depth exercises. It’s been a safe space to share, good to stretch in different ways, fun and expansive’

On a ‘Life Writing’ workshop we will:

Explore different styles of writing with a common theme of ‘self’ or ‘life’

Identify points of transformation in your life that you would like to share

Look at how to choose the mix of ‘light’ and ‘dark’ stories that you share and how to make choices around the boundaries you hold as a story teller

Exercises will be for individuals to write about themselves – there will be opportunities to share your writing and have ‘equal air-space’ in discussion
