Do come along to this fun and informative evening when Rosemary Dun will talk about: how she got published (and the prat falls along the way); why she changed her sparkly Big Mouth Cabaret dancing shoes for writing a modern rom com; how it’s never too late to get that publishing deal; and whether the romantic comedy is a genre which has had its day, or is still very much alive & kicking? Rosemary will also do a short reading from her debut novel The Trouble With Love, published by Little, Brown, followed by a Q&A.

Rosemary Dun is a lover of words and a performer of poetry. She has a Bristol-based literary agent, Kate Hordern, and The Trouble With Love is her debut novel with Sphere, an imprint of Little, Brown Book Group. She’s also a creative writing tutor, mother to two grownup daughters (how did that happen?) and she lives close to Bristol’s historic harbourside with her bonkers labrador, Tallulah.

There will be readings by Judy Darley, Amy Morse, Chloe Turner and Kate Dunn on the theme of romance or love.
