Now in its third year, the Reading Passport is a partnership between South West Regional Library Service, Literature Works, the Royal Literary Fund, and supported by Read South West, a consortium of South West Reading Development Librarians.
The aim of the project is to promote and celebrate reading, and to encourage readers to try books they might not otherwise pick up. The Reading Passport is a project that wholeheartedly supports Reading Development in South West Libraries.
The project is funded by South West Regional Library Service, Arts Council England, Literature Works and Royal Literary Fund.
This year, the Passport has gone on tour with events from four featured writers, Patrick Gale, Julia Copus, Adam Nevill and Gareth L Powell.
