How can arts organisations successfully capture and distribute live events or performances, using digital technologies and platforms?

The Space, with funding from Arts Council England, presents a free workshop exploring how arts organisations and artists can extend audience access to live experiences by making work available digitally.

With a mix of presentations, case studies and small group work, we’ll cover the process from development, through production, to building an audience for the work. We’ll discuss:

  • The key considerations when embarking on a performance capture project
  • What’s possible within budget: what are some of the higher and low-cost approaches to production?
  • The secrets of creating an engaging audience experience
  • How might we distribute the work to reach the widest possible audience?
