About the Author

Alyson likes to work with words on and off the page. She has a poem carved into a pavement in Bath, words etched into a library window, and she runs a project that involves taking stones with poetry carved into them all over the world.

Alyson has an M.A. in Creative Writing and a PhD in practice-based poetry.  She loves to collaborate with visual artists, musicians, scientists, dancers and enjoys bringing poetry to life wherever and whenever she can.

Alyson is experienced in offering one to one poetry surgeries, workshops and is also very happy to give talks.
