About the Author

Katrina Naomi’s poetry has been published in the TLS, Spectator and Poetry Review, and been broadcast on Radio 4. Her first full collection The Girl with the Cactus Handshake was shortlisted for the London New Poetry Award and a pamphlet Hooligans (inspired by the Suffragettes) has been published by Rack Press. Her new collection, The Way The Crocodile Taught Me is forthcoming from Seren in 2016. She is a tutor for the Poetry School and teaches creative writing for the Open University and runs poetry surgeries in Cornwall. She is completing a PhD in creative writing at Goldsmiths. Katrina is originally from Margate and lives in Penzance.
