Throughout my life I have constantly reinvented myself. I have been an antiques dealer, auctioneer, creative writing tutor (Cambridge University ICE), storyteller and am currently working as a therapeutic counsellor – but always and throughout, I have been a writer.
I have had two novels published by Random House (A Rational Man and The Arrogance of Women) but after that life got in the way, as did teaching creative writing both for Cambridge University ICE but in schools. Moving to Cornwall has given me the opportunity to focus on my writing and writing related activities. For the last few years I have been on the organising team for the Penzance Literary Festival with special responsibility for writing workshops and our popular Publishing Day.
