Mike Ferguson is an American permanently resident in Devon, UK. A retired English teacher of 30 years, 18 as Head of Department, he has written a wide range of texts for teaching creative writing and studying poetry. He is also a senior examiner for GCSE English Literature, continuing with 34+ years experience. He has always written poetry, more widely published since retiring from the day job in 2010. He also regularly blogs about writing, sharing writing and providing free downloadable teaching resources for creative writing.
