I write character-driven women’s fiction and romances often set in foreign locations such as The Butterfly Storm in Greece and The Baobab Beach Retreat in Tanzania and Zanzibar. Time Shifters is my award-winning time travel adventure trilogy for 9-12 year olds. I have a MA in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University where I’ve also taught lifewriting to creative writing undergraduates.
I’m the Director of Children’s and Teen Events at the Hawkesbury Upton Literature Festival, and in 2019 I co-founded Storytale Festival, a new city-wide children’s book festival which takes place over October half term in Bristol.
I live in Bristol with my husband, young son and our cute and chilled out Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
