Claudia Monteith

Writing is one of the fundamental staples of my life. I have written a journal since childhood, and use the format of the short story as a way to explore human experience. I have lead creative writing courses for many years. At present I am writing a mother/daughter memoir, describing my mother’s experience growing up in Nazi Germany and the impact this had on my own very different beginnings, as a child of mixed-heritage growing up in London.
