JLM Morton is a poet based in Gloucestershire. Her debut pamphlet Lake 32 was published in late 2020 (Yew Tree Press) and poems have recently appeared in Poetry Birmingham Literary Journal, Emerge Literary Journal, Riggwelter, The Utopia Project, Streetcake, Magma, Oneworld, Wasafiri, Poethead, Atrium, The Lake Poetry, Good Dadhood, Toothgrinder and more. Throughout 2020, Juliette was Poet in Residence at Waterland (Cotswold Water Park), for which a poem was published each month of the year. For 2021, she will be Poet in Residence at Stroudwater Textile Trust exploring broadcloth and globalisation, past, present and future. In 2019, the Places of Poetry project made a beautiful film of her poem ‘Stroudwater Navigation,’ which points to some of these themes.
