I have the good fortune to live in Stroud, where the creative community, landscape of five valleys and friends have nurtured my writing for the last few years following voluntary redundancy. I am a published poet and will be pulling together my first pamphlet in 2020 with Yew Tree Press. I am on the lookout for an agent for my first novel, Primrose, and in the process of honing it whilst I do so. Last year my script celebrating the life of an overlooked suffragist, Margaret Hills, was performed on the streets of Stroud. It received wide local acclaim.
I count amongst my blessings my son who has grown into a fine man, a Lancashire Heeler puppy who is curled at my feet as I type and my other work as a leadership coach.
