Born: Porto, Portugal, in 1960. In 1968, I was plucked from that secure nest by my parents and deposited in Cardiff, Wales. It is a beautiful city and it is where my nurturing took place. I now live between Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare.
I graduated in Physics and spent 25 years working as a scientist and engineer in locations as diverse as Antarctica and Lancashire!
2005 saw me leaving the rat-race to help my wife run a boarding kennel business and dog rescue operation.
My love of writing and music then combined: first producing reviews for various magazines and websites and then, in 2013, culminated in the publication of ‘The Fifties Child: A Social History Through the Songs of Barclay James Harvest’.
The Buddhist and the Bomber (2018), a spiritual fable for modern times, is my first novel.
