Author of Treasure of the Golden Grape: 11th December 1641 a Chesil Beach Wreck (2012). Shipwreck historian having dived off Chesil Beach (Deadman’s Bay) for over 40 years and having discovered and named many of the over 350 known wrecks that hit and were wrecked on Chesil Beach. I managed to buy the rights to 5 late 18th Century wooden ships and their cargoes and 1 iron hulled barque of the late 19th Century. I have found artefacts from a 200 AD amphora neck up to World War 2.
