Arvon are looking for an outstanding individual to oversee the running of Totleigh Barton, their writing house in Devon, starting this Summer. This front-of-house leadership role involves general management of the house, line management of staff, responsibility for the upkeep of the building, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment in which writers can thrive. Hours: 22.5 hours a week.
