During this week you will learn how to capture your reader’s attention from the first page of your non-fiction story. We will look at ways to create real and believable characters, how to pace the chapters and the surprises, and how to invent a structure that will hold your narrative in place, bringing out its interest and excitement, while keeping it true. We will also discuss the ethics of writing about living people, and techniques to make your story fresh, engaging and (for those who want publication) potentially publishable.
