Josephine Corcoran‘s poetry is widely published in magazines and her pamphlet The Misplaced House was released by tall-lighthouse in November 2014. Her short fiction is anthologised and her story ‘Algebra’ was broadcast on BBC R4 in 1998. Her plays include ‘Jocasta’ (Chelsea Centre Theatre, London, 1998) and ‘The Songs that Houses Sing’ (BBC R4, 2000). She has an MA in Creative Writing from UEA. Josephine has led writing workshops in primary and secondary schools, in places of adult and higher education, and in community centres. Contracted by The Reader Organisation and Wiltshire Libraries, she set up and ran six weekly read aloud reading groups for people living with dementia/ memory loss (2013 – 2015). She was a writer in residence for the Read/Write South West project at libraries in Devizes, Salisbury, and Trowbridge in 2013.
