About the Author

My roots and ancestry are in Devon, but as well as some years in London, I have lived in all the south-west counties – Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Currently I live in Somerset.

My career has spanned teaching music, literature and creative writing to a range of ages and students, from tiny infants, to University students, to OAP’s.

I completed a PhD on the writer H.D., at Exeter University, in 1997.

Since retirement from teaching I now write and research full-time as an independent writer and poet.
