Laura Quigley writes darkly thrilling stories, many inspired by real events. Her books, poetry, theatre work and short stories have received international praise and she’s been awarded a grant from the Arts Council to complete her latest book “A Song for the Burning” out in 2017.
Laura actively supports writing and heritage groups in the South West and gives regular presentations, including talks for Plymouth’s History and Literature Festivals, The Devonshire Association’s Art and Literature section, Hidden Heritage, and local libraries.
