I am based in Devon. I started my working career as a teacher, and then I moved into the business world. I have worked in local government. More recently I have retired and now spend my time writing for children and undertaking voluntary work.
I have written two books, Archie, Jump! and Archie, Wait!, both published by Matador. A third book, Archie, Go! will be published later in 2023. I have been inspired to write children’s books as I feel passionate about children learning to read at a young age. I help children with their reading at a local primary school, and organise storytelling and creative writing workshops at schools and libraries. For further details please contact me on Twitter.
