Now more than ever we need stories – to engage, to distract, to entertain, to nourish, and to help us make sense of what we’re living through. And so while you can’t come to us, instead we will come to you, bringing a taste of Arvon into your home one night a week. Every Wednesday evening an Arvon tutor will join us as a guest, to read from their own work and answer your questions live and in person online.
This Live Guest Reading is with Raynor Winn on Wednesday 20 May at 7:15 pm. Raynor Winn has become a regular long-distance walker since travelling the South West Coastal Path and writes about nature, homelessness and wild camping. Her award-winning first book was The Salt Path. Her second book The Wild Silence will be published by Michael Joseph in 2020. The reading and interactive Q&A will be hosted on Zoom and tickets are just £5.
We are more committed than ever to helping writers find inspiration, and to make space for their own creativity, no matter the setting. So join us from the comfort of your sofa and listen to writers share their work, the stories behind their work, and invaluable writing advice directly from their own desk (or maybe the kitchen table).
