Meet the author – online talk with Manjeet Mann
Event WebsiteManjeet Mann is an actress, playwright, screenwriter and director. Her debut novel, Run Rebel, has been described as “a trailblazing verse novel that thunders with rhythm, heart and soul”. Manjeet is also the founder of Run The World – an organization that works with women and girls from marginalized backgrounds and helps to empower them through sport and storytelling.
During the online event, Manjeet will talk about her award winning novel ‘The Crossing.’ The inspiration behind it, the years of research that went into it and the community work through her organisation Run The World that was integral to it coming about.
There will be a chance for questions via the chat function at the end of the event.
