New Beginnings- Free Writing Workshop
Event WebsiteWord Kitchen will be running a free writing workshop at Brook Kitchen, 60 High St, Budleigh Salterton on Wednesday 21 February from 3.30pm-5.30pm. The theme is new beginnings and will be chance to generate new writing through prompts and jumping off points to get fresh words on the page. Pippa will run the first half of the event and then Elizabeth will talk about the journey to publication speaking from her own experience of finishing a novel, getting to the end, sending it out, securing her agent and the big reveal of the publication of her debut novel Becoming Elizabeth Taylor last August.
For those who wish to stay on for the Prose Open Mic at 6pm there will be a chance for some of the new writing to be heard.
