Frank Wynne will be talking about and reading from his anthology of Queer writing – eighty pieces including short stories, poems, essays, extracts and scenes from countries the world over, from ancient times to yesterday. With Q&A.

Frank describes the 2021 book as ‘a labour of love’ and BBC Front Row called it ‘A landmark anthology of queer writing’ .

Born in Ireland, Frank Wynne is an award winning literary translator and editor, with awards including the Scott Moncrieff Prize and the Premio Valle Inclán. His translation of Vernon Subutex was shortlisted for the Man Booker International 2018.

Frank is the chair of the jury for 2022 The International Booker Prize.
