‘The trees are undressing, and fling in many places—
On the gray road, the roof, the window-sill—
Their radiant robes and ribbons and yellow laces’

Absorb the sights, sounds and smells of the woods at this evocative time, up at Rushy Pond, before heading back to the Writers’ Hut. Back at Hardy’s Cottage, the workshop will continue with reflections on the multi-sensory experience of the walk up to the pond. Through group and individual work, our writer-in-residence, Virginia Astley, will help you to develop these experiences into writing and take your work a stage further.

Perfect for all ages and abilities. Includes (muddy) footpath walking of approx. an hour.

Bookings through 01305 262366. £5.00 per session, plus normal admission.
