Love Books Competition
Marlborough Lit Fest want you to tell them why you love your favourite book, poem or play. Your response should be in the form of a piece of text of up to 750 words. Entrants should explain what they love about their chosen read, highlighting key areas of interest, and why they think others should try it.
We are looking for creative, passionate, and engaging responses which celebrate your love of reading.
Age groups: 13-15 years, 16-19 years, 20+ years
Prizes: Winner for each age group receives £300; the runner-up in each age group receives £100
Entry: The competition opens on 19 March 2024. The closing date for entries is Friday 28 June 2024. Winners will be announced at the 2024 LitFest in September.
