Online registration is now open for the Marlborough LitFest’s virtual Big Town Read, the flagship LitFest event in this year’s reduced festival programme.

Book your place for Saturday 26 September at 6 pm with bestselling author, Louise Doughty in conversation with journalist and broadcaster, Alex Clark about her latest bestselling crime novel, ‘Platform Seven’. The event, hosted by Faber & Faber, is free and will include live questions to the author from the audience via an online chat facility.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar on Saturday 26 September from 6pm – 7pm.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s Marlborough LitFest will not take place in its usual form but is continuing its outreach programme, running activities for the community including free author talks for local primary schools as well as competitions for all ages.
