I'm an inter/cross/un/disciplinary artist and writer, a feminist materialist struggling with “isms.” I exhibit digital poetry, films and mixed installations with the Newlyn Society of Artists.
Though I'm now 75 and a Prof Emerita at the Slade, writing poetry rather than academic stuff feels a new venture. It came out of a few sessions with Ella Frears culminating in a collection that Beir Bua Press accepted – but they went bust. A couple of poems from that collection have since been published.
