I am a psychotherapist and life coach working in Devon writing predominantly on mental health issues. My main hope is to support people in their quest for well-being and good mental health and aim to write in an inspirational and motivational way.
I currently write a weekly positive mental health column for the Dawlish Gazette. I have written on mental health issues in The Online Journal of Solution Focus in Organisations (Vol 9 No 2 Jan 2018) and am a contributor to the Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services Newsletter. I also continue to contribute regularly to a newspaper in Finland (where I lived for 12 years).
As a former barrister I have written for the New Law Journal and I also wrote for the Guardian on-line as a parliamentary candidate in 2004.
