I am a retired GP writing a semi-autobiographical novel about love, loss and euthanasia set in the 1984 miners strike. I love the lost places and spaces within us, the drift of memory into imagination and the experiences that empower us. I am a complete beginner but nearly finished my first novel so ready to engage and learn.
