Hodder and Stoughton published my book some years ago Ant Egg Soup, a travel book, which uses food as the key to explore and discover the culture and history of Laos. The book, published in both hardback and paperback, sold over 10,000 copies. Since then, I’ve written regularly for UK Newspapers such as The Guardian and The Evening Standard, specialising in pieces based on food and travel in the UK and Internationally. I work in Arts PR for the South West and regularly write for the local press. I’m now working on a new children’s book venture and I’m in the process of a deal – watch this space. I’m also an illustrator and have a monthly cartoon in Devon Life under the name Kitchenalia Cartoons.
