Hodder and Stoughton published my book some years ago Ant Egg Soup, a travel book, which uses food as the key to explore and discover the culture and history of Laos. The book, published in both hardback and paperback, sold over 10,000 copies. Since then, I’ve written regularly for UK Newspapers such as The Guardian and The Evening Standard, specialising in pieces based on food and travel in the UK and Internationally and I work in the Art Department in films in the UK.
