Jenny Moore writes funny children’s fiction and short stories and poetry for adults. She was the first ever UK winner of the Commonwealth Short Story Competition and was shortlisted for the Greenhouse Funny Prize. Her middle grade children’s books, Agent Starling: Operation Baked Beans, Audrey Orr and the Robot Rage (which was selected by the Reading Agency for the 2020 Summer Reading Challenge ‘Silly Squad’) and Bauble, Me and the Family Tree are published by Maverick. Her fourth middle grade book, The Misadventures of Nicholas Nabb, is due out with Maverick in May 2021, and her debut picture book Don’t Get Your Tutu in a Twist (Maverick) is due out in August 2021. She’s also authored a number of Early Reader books.
